Packaging & Labeling
Purpose: Final stage of drone production ensuring safe packaging and precise labeling for storage, shipping, or demonstration. This includes quality inspection, documentation, and compliance with branding and regulatory standards.
Materials Used: EPE foam, anti-static bags, custom boxes, thermal labels, QR-coded tags, adhesive tapes, warranty cards, user manuals, stickers, branding sleeves, and DGCA/CE compliance labels.
Key Tasks & Tools:
- Fixing motors, frames, and fasteners for stability checks
- Connecting ESCs, GPS, and battery with insulation
- Factory pre-check of flight controllers
- Vibration, alignment, and durability tests before packing
- Tools Used: High-precision jigs, screwdrivers, anti-static gloves, heat guns, label printers
- Barcoding and QR code generation for tracking & warranty
- Adding user manuals, startup guides, and compliance docs
- Static-free wrapping with shockproof outer packaging
- Labeling with specs, serial numbers, and safety symbols
