Safety & Compliance: The warehouse is equipped with fire safety systems, proper ventilation, anti-static flooring for electronic components, and designated areas for hazardous materials.
Inventory Management: A digital inventory system tracks stock levels, alerts low inventory, and manages movement. This ensures timely supply and prevents production delays.
Staff & Operations: Trained staff follow SOPs for handling, logging, and transport. Weekly audits and FIFO protocols are maintained.
